How do we treat
Treatments used include:
- Manual therapy
- Electrotherapy (ultrasound, interferential
therapy, laser, TENS)
- Acupuncture
- Core stability/ muscle balance exercises
- Pilates
- Postural advice
- Biofeedback

Appointments take up to 30 minutes. The initial
appointment will include a thorough assessment of your problem
to enable the physiotherapist to draw up a treatment plan
which will be discussed with you. It is likely that you be
instructed on an exercise programme to aid your recovery.
Patients can refer themselves for treatment.
A GP referral is not required unless you are wishing to use
medical insurance for payment. Most insurance companies will
require you to have seen your GP prior to the onset of treatment.
